VIP DESIGN DAY

Service Description

The VIP Design Day is designed to get you the design that you need to take the next step in your business within couple of days, literally. We work collaboratively via Zoom, and you have the result delivered in 2 days (or in other words, within 48 hrs). I designed the VIP Design Days to get super focused and skip the usual delays that often happen between design rounds. We condense what could be a 2-3 week project timeframe into 2 days, where on Day 1 we collaborate together on your design and on Day 2 I implement revisions if necessary and package and deliver your files. This means that for entire 2 days, we are all about you, your brand and your project. One week before scheduled VIP Design Day we have a 90 minute planning session where focus for the day and get clear about your top design priorities. This planning session is used to clarify exactly what will and won’t be done within your VIP Design Day. I will guide you through what we are likely to realistically achieve in a VIP Design Day . Once we’ve discussed your priorities and you selected the VIP Design Day Package, I will ask you to provide: - Brief Questionnaire (approx. 15-20 questions) to help me gain insight into your business, ideal audience, competitors, industry and values - your brand files (all logo files, brand font files, additional brand elements + Brand Guidelines document) - all text content you wish to appear in the designed materials - selection of high resolution photos you may wish to have included in the designed materials - die lines/templates from your printing company/packaging supplier if you want me to design simple product packaging option INCLUSIONS: • 90 minute planning/strategy session one week before your VIP Design Day • Day 1: Full day of design work with up to 3 check-in points • Day 2: Final development & delivery of files & 15-minute wrap-up call at the end of Day 2 • 60 minute post- VIP Design Day support via Zoom (to be scheduled within up to 7 days after the completion of the project)
